With over 20 years of experience in sports ministry, Joseph began his journey with KidsGames and has since dedicated his life to making disciples through sports and play, including outreach in disaster-stricken areas.
Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, Joseph has been married to Irma Natalina since 2010. They are blessed with three children — Jordan, Orland, and Finland. Joseph serves at the Assembly of God as the National Commander of Royal Rangers Indonesia and Families on Mission ministries.
He brings extensive expertise in corporate team building and leadership development. Renowned as a "Master Games" practitioner for his creative approach, he now leads efforts under Sports Net to multiply disciple-makers across Indonesian cities and communities, using his unique talents to transform lives.
